Pharmacy staff is completely disorganized. I’ve been going here for about 3 months and every time something needs a refill they take about a week to refill. For example this last refill that I had was scheduled for the 25th to be refilled and ready for pick up but then they delayed the refill until the 1st? So my doctors office had to call because they will not look into it further and leave you without medication. They are courteous, friendly, efficient and genuinely concerned.
Needed lancets and test strips for my glucose monitor and was charged $110 even with good Rx. I am not familiar with pricing because I have never needed to test my glucose levels. IMO the “pharmacist” could have informed me that I could buy the supplies for 1/4 of the price on Amazon. Terrible customer service and I feel I was ripped off completely. Do better Walmart!
