I'm from Louisiana and my husband is currently working here for a few months. I called to get my prescriptions refilled. The gentleman who answered the phone was very cordial and said they would text me when they are ready. An hour later I recieved the text. Thank you for such a flawless, easy experience!
Tried to check my status for prescription for my wife; no answer. Went to the Walmart,ike 7 people in the back... just to see... called them and watched everyone ignore the phone call. Ignoring people when your whole job is customer interactions... they even looked at the ringing phone.... must be nice to ignore 90% of your job.
