Ashley and her team are super unprofessional. I’ve called to get my prescription since 12pm for them to keep telling me my insurances is denying it. They lied stating they would contact my doctor & insurance and never return a call where I was having to call 4 different times. Each call was different information, and one kept placing me on hold off & on then disconnecting the call. Walmart Pharmacy Spence Ave Goldsboro NC really rocks. I had a issue a few days ago with one of my meds that turned to a real problem. All of the Pharmacy staff were so helpful in solving this problem. I was really in a panic but everyone who was working that day pitched in and I did get the medication I needed. Hats off to Spence Ave Walmart Pharmacy. Give those good people a raise. Thanks again Pamela W.
I'm updating my previous 7 yr old, 3 star review. This pharmacy has come a long way and has earned my 5 star rating. The wait times, both for filling medications and line wait times have drastically improved. While there are still a few "rush" moments when the line is longer than what is typical, it's much shorter than it used to be. Of my last 7 visits there, 4 of them had noone waiting in line, 2 visits had 1 person ahead of me and 1 visit had 3 people ahead of me. This pharmacy is conveniently located within the Walmart store. It is always busy. The staff is courteous and helpful. I did not go to pick up prescriptions i only needed the location of over the counter medicine. Staff took a second and directed me.
