I've been using this pharmacy for over 10 years. I am 67 yrs old with a couple fairly serious health conditions that require that I take a lot of prescription medications. The staff, from the pharmacists to the customer service reps have provided unfailingly excellent service. They are extremely personable and professional, and some have memorized my name, greeting me personally when I go there. They are efficient and even when they are busy wait times are reasonable. I love the pharmacy, I’ve never had any issues with my prescriptions
My mother has not had her insulin in almost a week because of an issue with her insurance according to the pharmacy. After contacting both my mother's PCP and her insurance, we found out the pharmacy was just flat out lying about contacting her insurance in the first place. The tech or pharmacist just did not want to call to get the issue fixed. Will be switching pharmacies as soon as possible. Completely unacceptable.
