I went to the doctor’s office one afternoon for an upper respiratory infection. I was out of the office before 2:30 and had asked them to call my cough medicine prescription to the Walmart pharmacy. My prescription wasn’t ready to be picked up until a little after 7:00 that evening. When I picked it up I asked if there was a specific reason why it took almost 5 hours to fill the prescription.
