Switched from North Dirksen to 6th street, and I will be switching back. They do not know how to use the system to update you when refills are ready, nothing online is updated. I tried calling the pharmacist, the first few tries just ended, then the next I clearly heard the phone shut. No conversation, just the sound of the phone shutting. This is just unprofessional and quite frankly dangerous. Being without medication can cause WITHDRAWAL. Never had a problem with this friendly staff. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
Staff is always professional, pharmacists are always willing to answer all of my questions and even saved my husband $125 on a prescription with their knowledge of different saving programs available. Seeing the same pharmacist's and technicians stay for years tells me it is a good work environment and staff are happy with their job. I've aways been happy with this pharmacy.
