This Walmart pharmacy has been consistently disappointing. Twice now my medication hasn’t been ready when promised. Even worse, they previously gave me the wrong medication and tried to blame me instead of taking responsibility. The associates are polite, but PROVIDERS lack accountability and customer service! This is not acceptable when it comes to people’s health.
Worst pharmacy ever...they do not bother with your prescriptions or following up with coverage with your insurance. Is my medicine not covered by my insurance? Process it and let me know when I pick it up or call me? Wait is always long and techs are very rude definitely not being supervised. Only time I had good service is when the lead tech helped me. People need their meds people are here because is the only pharmacy around in San Luis... Can you please provide better customer service and a bit of more care for people?
