My daughter is a college student at Shippensburg and got sick and needed her Rxs filled. I was trying to pay for them for her by phone because I'm almost 2 hours away but 1. They won't let you pay by phone and 2) They said if i create an account then I can pay for it online so I did that and then that didn't work and I called and said I had to have it delivered to the college and to do that pay to be a Wal mart plus customer. My husband wanted to pay cash for a prescription. He pays for medicaid (it is not free) and he has Capital Blue as his primary insurance. Neither one would cover the prescription. He wanted to pay cash and they said he cannot do that. What? We had a goodrx coupon and the cost was inexpensive. They refused to accept cash.
Every time I come here to pick up my wife’s prescriptions there is a problem. I come in and tell them both names it could be under as sometimes they get filed under her maiden name. It always happens that I’m told nothing is in for her because they don’t bother looking up both names. Then I have to call and ask which name it’s under, get to the back of the line and try again. Everyone is nice. And helpful. Bakery though never has any fresh rolls . No matter when you go there.
