My husband wanted to pay cash for a prescription. He pays for medicaid (it is not free) and he has Capital Blue as his primary insurance. Neither one would cover the prescription. He wanted to pay cash and they said he cannot do that. What? We had a goodrx coupon and the cost was inexpensive. They refused to accept cash.
Every time I come here to pick up my wife’s prescriptions there is a problem. I come in and tell them both names it could be under as sometimes they get filed under her maiden name. It always happens that I’m told nothing is in for her because they don’t bother looking up both names. Then I have to call and ask which name it’s under, get to the back of the line and try again. Everyone is nice. And helpful. Bakery though never has any fresh rolls . No matter when you go there.
I have used this pharmacy for at least 10 years. They are always professional and helpful.
