Staff are rude over the phone and when picking up, other pharmacy’s have better customer service, hope Walmart can improve on that aspect,
The inconsistency Between the staff. I have never had an issue using Walmart pharmacy until I moved here and now Use the Walla Walla Walmart pharmacy. It is the most unpleasant experience every 30 day.
My vet called them to refill seizure meds for my cat. 8 hours later I called to ask if it was ready and was told it would be in 20 minutes. Arrived, waited nearly 30 minutes in line to be told the pharmacist flagged it as unfillable. When I asked why, the pharmacist YELLED at me that he had filled over 400 scripts and was tired, so would not fill the med for a cat. Absolutely disgusting, unprofessional behavior.
The people who work here are very nice!
