My vet called them to refill seizure meds for my cat. 8 hours later I called to ask if it was ready and was told it would be in 20 minutes. Arrived, waited nearly 30 minutes in line to be told the pharmacist flagged it as unfillable. When I asked why, the pharmacist YELLED at me that he had filled over 400 scripts and was tired, so would not fill the med for a cat. Absolutely disgusting, unprofessional behavior.
The people who work here are very nice!
First of all I really like shopping at Walmart, but this is my first time having any prescriptions filled at a Walmart pharmacy. One prescription was filled quickly, but the other has been on backorder for quite a while. When I called to find out why the delayed prescription was no longer on the pharmacy app, I didn't get a reason but was told that I could pick up the one.
