My husband and I are self-pay customers and have spent thousands of dollars at this pharmacy over the past year. While the pharmacists themselves appear knowledgeable and competent, our repeated interactions with some of the support staff have been extremely disappointing. Simply calling to check on the status of a prescription often feels like an inconvenience to them. Always pleasant and helpful. They go the extra mile to try to get you what you need for the lowest cost, even without asking them to do it. I really appreciate them so much.
Staff are rude over the phone and when picking up, other pharmacy’s have better customer service, hope Walmart can improve on that aspect,
The inconsistency Between the staff. I have never had an issue using Walmart pharmacy until I moved here and now Use the Walla Walla Walmart pharmacy. It is the most unpleasant experience every 30 day.
