I've been using the Neighborhood Walmart pharmacy for many years and was always pleased with the staff there. I have stage 4 terminal metastatic breast cancer and take several different meds. Today, I needed a refill on a controlled substance (One that I have been getting from my doctor for years) and pharmacist John would not fill it until he spoke to my palliative care team at KU Med Cancer Clinic AND he also needed to speak to my psychiatrist at Konza Prairie. they would not give us our refund 5 times we try and 4 times on the phone with one person being so rude and now they are not open 24 hours really bad I would give them 0 stars if I could
Built 2 years or so ago and used to be open 24hours. I like to go here whenever i need to get only food or just going to the pharmacy. The employees here are much more personable than at the full service Wal-Mart on Chestnut
