In a pinch, when all other provider staff members could not validate a crucial prescription order ROBERT straightened out a disconnect between two doctors offices new and old and found a valid prescription for my 96 yr young mother that she desperately needed. I’m not sure why the ratings for this pharmacy aren’t higher, because my experience has been nothing but excellent. I moved to Arizona from New Orleans a year ago, and the continuity of great customer service has never been broken. The staff and pharmacists here are always helpful—whether it’s reaching out to doctors’ offices or assisting with pressing issues, they go above and beyond every time.
