The entire staff is warm and welcoming. Unfortunately our insurance switched to Aetna and we are forced to switch to CVS. I hope they are 90% as effective and courteous.
Dark hair pharmacist makes me uncomfortable. She’s not nice, not the kind of person I want to discuss health issues with. She acts like it’s a burden to tell you about medication- when I’m not even the one that requested the consult. Honestly lady, I don’t want you talking to me anymore than you clearly want to be talking to me. There's a pharmacist that's always rude to me. At first I thought it was just me or maybe she had a problem with my face or something. No less than 4 times have I gotten this negative/abrasive vibe from this lady. I wasn't going to say anything until I was talking to a friend who knew exactly who I was talking about because they experienced the same rude behavior.
