The hours are horrible for working people. They are not particularly nice. But fine, we don't need to be friends. But I did have a huge issue with them putting my insurance card and driver's license in the wrong chute and the person in the car next to me was nice enough to realize it, get out of her car, and bring it to me. They didn't even apologize for it.
The whole team was helpful and efficient. The first young lady seemed to be training but her team was quick to help train her and answer my questions.
Terrible Customer Service and Experience. I am new to the area and switched medications to this pharmacy and wish I never had. My experience is too long to even write out. I spoke with Sarah the manager on many occurrences and all she gave me was excuses for the situations. She did confirm via phone that the communication is poor among her and her staff and that they rely solely on electronic communication.
The entire staff is warm and welcoming. Unfortunately our insurance switched to Aetna and we are forced to switch to CVS. I hope they are 90% as effective and courteous.
