Terrible Customer Service and Experience. I am new to the area and switched medications to this pharmacy and wish I never had. My experience is too long to even write out. I spoke with Sarah the manager on many occurrences and all she gave me was excuses for the situations. She did confirm via phone that the communication is poor among her and her staff and that they rely solely on electronic communication.
The entire staff is warm and welcoming. Unfortunately our insurance switched to Aetna and we are forced to switch to CVS. I hope they are 90% as effective and courteous.
Dark hair pharmacist makes me uncomfortable. She’s not nice, not the kind of person I want to discuss health issues with. She acts like it’s a burden to tell you about medication- when I’m not even the one that requested the consult. Honestly lady, I don’t want you talking to me anymore than you clearly want to be talking to me.
