A copy of my complaint to Walmart.com about this pharmacy: This is complaint about the Pharmacy at the Walmart at 1165 Walmart Way, Radcliff, KY 40160. The first incident occurred approximately five weeks ago when my wife ordered a special order prescription which required at least 24 hours notice to fill. Given the extreme and utmost importance of taking the medication on a schedule set by her care provider, my wife called with at least 48 hours ahead and was assured the prescription would arrive on time.
