Horrible customer service. Long waits. You get a message your prescription is ready get there and it’s not. Waited in line finally got to register my prescription was unavailable, waited another 40 mins, got back in line to get my script, took forever to verify my insurance , then they had to mix the medication, then waited another 10 for the dismissive pharmacist to explain. Rude , unprofessional and unprepared:
They tell you on the phone your meds will be ready then you drive a hour to go get them they tell you why u come they don’t have them maybe in two days what a joke drive three they hang up on u and help the last person frist
