The pharmacy is regularly getting my prescriptions all mixed up. Always having to call the Dr. or the insurance company, then back to the pharmacy after I have tried to straighten the mixup out.
This is my GO TO pharmacy. I have seen tremendous improvements over the last couple years. The staff is wonderful, their service time is much better (meaning shorter lines) and even if they don't have my prescription I get a text alert so I am always in the loop on what is happening. My only suggestion would be not to just text me when they need to be refilled, but to text me when they are going to expire (since I don't always check the bottles).
