I’ve used CVS, Amazon, and Walgreens pharmacies, but none compare to the exceptional service I receive here. They are always well-staffed, so I rarely have to wait in line—if at all. Whether in person or over the phone, the pharmacy techs take the time to listen, quickly resolve any issues, and provide helpful advice on working with insurance providers and doctors’ offices. I called to inquire if they could provide a certain vaccine. When picking up the phone, the lady was perfectly fine. The second she informed me they did not provide the vaccine I was looking for she got rude? Her whole tone and demeanor changed as if I was stupid for even assuming they may have it… was very off putting considering I was simply asking about a service. She seemed like I was taking up her time by calling about it. Found it very unappealing.

Actively caught the gentleman lying to me on the phone, not knowing I had previously called and had already talked to the doctor's office twice over the issue. They refused to fill the prescription and were blaming it on other people. When I let him know he was caught, just went silent and stayed that way. Losers.

This Staff are good listeners, great explanation pros. As opposed to the "next" hurry up feeling one gets during high volume times.
