i called to get a refill on a medication thats on backorder everywhere until mid june. they had stock so i asked them to fill it, but i never received confirmation that the order was ready. i called back today and now they're out too, and my order was never filled. the people there have always been nice but if something was blocking the order or it couldnt be filled i wouldve expected to receive a call back and i never did. now i have to call every other pharmacy in the state of kansas and hope i get lucky since no one has r... read more
I had a great experience as I always have when at my local Walmart pharmacies from here up the Mid-West to Detroit, then it was toward the West(Aaand BEST!)Coast in and around the Hollywood area.
They have been fantastic to work with. They are friendly and nice. A huge difference from where we were at before. I highly recommend them.
Absolutely rude customer service. They clearly don’t care about how customers are treated so I want go into detail on a public review, wouldn’t make a difference. All I know is I was a new customer and I will never return, even if they were the only one open.
