I had a great experience as I always have when at my local Walmart pharmacies from here up the Mid-West to Detroit, then it was toward the West(Aaand BEST!)Coast in and around the Hollywood area.
They have been fantastic to work with. They are friendly and nice. A huge difference from where we were at before. I highly recommend them.
Absolutely rude customer service. They clearly don’t care about how customers are treated so I want go into detail on a public review, wouldn’t make a difference. All I know is I was a new customer and I will never return, even if they were the only one open.
I went to purchase a behind the counter cold medicine and the lady working there did not show good customer service. She made me feel uncomfortable for asking if they had what I was looking for by just pointing to it and not saying a word. Her name was Mandi R, maybe she was just having a bad day, however it was very unprofessional.
