Would give zero if possible not sure where you find your employees but just handing out excuses because short staffed or really busy boo hoo other pharmacies have figured it out why can’t you??? 1 hour standing in line only to find out it’s not ready 24 hours later
Go figure i spoke to someone this morning about an hour and a half ago they said my prescription was being worked on. This 1st lady was so nice. I call back because I have someone in the area to pick up my medication and Karen no surprise with this name said the same thing. I asked why it wasn't ready or close and she became very rude evidently her name suits her maybe she needs a different job. Dealing with sick people or people in pain or even a parent trying to get their medication , people should be nice. Karen do better... read more
Very thorough, very thoughtful, and very sweet group. I had medicine that I thought was too expensive they helped me with the discount card. They also brought the medicine out to me when I pulled up to the front because it couldn't fit through the drive-thru. Thank you so much awesome
