Had medication called in for my 4m old that needed to be started asap. Was never informed it was not covered so I could reach out to his dr. I called to speak with a pharmacy manager and the tech informed me that the pharmacy manager was not in but that I could speak with a pharmacist. Once speaking with the pharmacist he said it is policy that they text (because they’re too lazy to pick up the phone and make a 5min call). I asked him with the pharmacy manager would be in and he said he was the pharmacy manager. Funny right?... read more
Excellent service
Never pick up the phone and also sounds like dial tone. Walmart in general is ridiculous. All those workers and no one picks up the phone. Pharmacy messed up my daughter’s prescription. The least they can do is pick up the phone!
