I'm surprised at so many negative reviews. We've been using the Walmart pharmacy for many years and have never had an issue. Yes, there are times when they are absolutely swamped, because so many prescriptions have been called in, but they are never rude. The automatic messaging has always worked well for us, letting us know when our prescriptions are ready. And I appreciate being able to use the online app to refill prescriptions. I’ve used them forever. But they take SO long. There’s always a line and you are gonna be standing there for at least 15 minutes. Ridiculous. Time to change to a new pharmacy.
Always super helpful on phone getting my prescription refills and quick and friendly in store. My fav Walmart pharmacy in Bryan!
I will never return to this pharmacy. I went yesterday because the app said my prescription was ready at 2:00 PM. It wasn’t, and the employee who assisted me was unnecessarily rude from the start. He told me it would likely be ready later that day, around 5:00 or 6:00 PM. The app never marked it as ready. Instead, it showed the prescription as delayed until the next day.
