I refilled a prescription online on the website. Apparently it was ordered a bit early to be refilled. Either way, it was to be filled today. I called this afternoon, they said it wasn't filled yet. I told them I was on my way to pick it up. They said I had to go in and then they would put a rush on it. I said that is a bit ridiculous. Nothing is ever ready! Lines are always long. Heard some employees talking behind the desk about being “short staffed” I’m sorry, then hire more people!! I just came from a doctors appt where I’m in a lot of pain and it’s inconvenient to drive home then drive back here. Get it together! This a huge corporation. You’d think customer service would be better.
Again, another Walmart Pharmancy that is the WORST! After no success on 9/16 with the Battleground Pharmacy, I called the Woodland Pharmacy to inquire about the A1C/Cholesterol tests being offered. I asked specifically if they had the tests and if someone was available to do them. I was told they had the tests and someone was available to do the test. I told them over the phone I was on my way. We transferred our prescriptions from another grocery chain pharmacy in town. We have been very pleased with Walmart pharmacy (though we are not big fans of Walmart overall).
