Alls I simply asked for was to be directed to the hand sanitizer because apparently Walmart doesn’t know how to have the sanitizer in a easy to find spot and the lady that I asked at the pharmacy counter was so rude and couldn’t just simply tell me where the sanitizer was while multitasking. Extremely rude. I’m not impressed
Rude staff over the phone.
The people that work here are actively rude and have a chip on their shoulder, the technician that checked me out in the pharmacy actually told me she was energy matching me, when she was rude and short from the start. She really should not be helping the public at all.
I refilled a prescription online on the website. Apparently it was ordered a bit early to be refilled. Either way, it was to be filled today. I called this afternoon, they said it wasn't filled yet. I told them I was on my way to pick it up. They said I had to go in and then they would put a rush on it. I said that is a bit ridiculous. I mean, what is the point of trying to make it convenient if I still have to go in and wait for it. Needless to say, I went in and after 30 minutes or so, it still was not filled.
