I'm not sure where the blame lies here. If you are a diabetic, you'll understand; otherwise, this won't make any sense so you can stop reading now. Anyhow, in 2026, United Health Care changed the test strips that they would cover to Accu-Check. Fine, I get my primary to change the prescription as instructed. All year, they've been out of stock when I try to get refills. Unbelievably, I can only ever get a thirteen day prescription. Which does not really matter, as they are always out. When you can catch them, they have been helpful. But nowhere does it say they close for a lunch. Not online or in person. But I’ve gone on two different occasions where they are closed. Nobody knows when they actually take their lunch of when they will be back.
