Never in my lifetime of taking medication have I ever had a cashier tell me "no" when I said that I didn't need any additional information on my item. She said something then walked away with my item. The doc came over and instantly stapled it and handed it to me. Ridiculous. I'm not here to play with your ego, I'm here to get my item and leave. Trying to get through their automated system is ridiculous - a 20 minute wait on hold or call back later were my only options! RIDICULOUS!
Had an appointment with the VA at 10:40 am. They called in while I was in the appointment. Fell asleep bc I’m dealing with a sore tooth and an abscess so I returned around 2pm. They said they had no record of my prescription so after I got on the phone with the Va and waited 40min on hold my Va pharmacist said they didn’t listen to their voicemail and spoke directly with o them and it would be about and hour. I can't say I've ever had a good experience at this location. Even today as I post this review, they are telling me that a prescription that should've been filled FOUR DAYS AGO is still being filled. I came the day I got the prescription, and they told me to give them fifteen minutes, so I did. I went back, and they told me to give them fifteen more minutes.
