My Veterinarian called in a NECESSARY medication for my old German Shepherd dog on a Monday....I didn't hear from the pharmacy, so I called them on Wednesday and was told it would be ready for pickup on Thursday....my husband went there on Thursday and was told it won't be ready until Sunday because they felt it was "too soon to refill it." ????? La atención que le brindan al cliente es espectacular se la recomiendo a todos
This pharmacy is the absolute worst! They never answer the phone! Plus they rush you off the phone when you are trying to place your prescription orders for refills. They always forget a prescription refill so I always have to go back again to get it. The place is very short staffed too!
