This store's closed entrance is not in compliance with the disabled persons act.
Our insurance provider wanted us to change our prescription source and gave us several options. I was apprehensive because I liked our last provider so much. We are pleased with the professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness that the entire staff provides us.
It has never been more apparent that I was nothing but a price tag to the pharmacy. When you refuse to give out an emergency supply of depression medication, and further inquiries result in an answer of roughly "you are changing prescribers so we don't know for sure your new prescription will be coming to our pharmacy" you basically guarantee I will not be back. Thought you were better than that, but clearly not. I'll tell CVS y'all say hi.
This pharmacy has always bent over backwards to help me. Best in town.
