The pharmacy does not care about you. I'm taking a medication which, if I run out, has very bad withdrawal symptoms. I go onto the app and request a refill, it says it's delayed and to call the pharmacy. I spoke to a pharmacy technician in person who said the prescription was being filled. Turns out it wasn't this whole time and actually insurance isn't paying for it.
