Made It 1hr 56 mins early at 10:08pm got the door right away at 10:12pm Appt time at 11:35pm didn’t get red light until 5:56am got green light and text message at 8:20am and got called to come pick up paperwork at 8:29am..they definitely do not care about your time
Arrived at 5:45 pm door was quick but unloading process is taking to long receiving department very unhelpful over the phone still here at 8:45 pm and not done yet
good place to reset haurs... if you arrived on time for delivery make yourself comfortable it will take some time to unload min 9-10 hours
Giving four stars to start because it’s a new facility, still wide open and plenty of room to maneuver plus the people were friendly and I was assigned a door at the gate AND the door was actually available Seems like a bunch of Walmart newbies( two associates checking in trucks checking in the second truck in line first causing drivers to pull around into the left lane to get by the first truck in line screams rookie gate staff) not broken in by the grind yet and it looks like drivers are taking advantage and trashing the ... read more
