Very Disappointing Customer Service Experience I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Walmart location due to the behavior of one of the cashiers, Pat. She was rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional, not only toward me but also toward other customers in line. Her tone showed no patience or basic customer-service courtesy, which made the situation uncomfortable for everyone. Extremely frustrating experience. The cashier was rude when I politely asked about returns, then later mixed the return and money service lines after I had already waited over 30 minutes with my baby and toddler. Poor line management and lack of basic courtesy.
