Bought a gift card on Christmas Eve & the girl who checked me out didn’t add the money & when I went to ask for help they said they couldn’t do anything. They stole $70 from me! Worst Walmart & customer service ever.
The people on the store are rude. Only some new cashiers are nice. Went to black Friday had a question kept asking a group of 4 people talking and they seemed to be managers and csms so i thought who better to ask a question than them. They vompletely ignored me. On top of that when i stood there dumbfounded at the service one of them finally noticed me and tells me to move to not block in the intersection.
