I have never been so humiliated in my life as I was today at this store. Customer service was so rude, didn’t know how to input promo code nor did the managers. While I was speaking to customer service they pushed my cart aside without me knowing with my purse in it and a customer brought my purse to me. I pay for the membership but due to multiple multiple failed deliveries, orders never received, refunds not made at all and the ones made you have to wait 10t days.
