I had to cancel my service appointment today because my car sat in the service area for more than 45 minutes without anyone even touching it. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, and there were no other vehicles in the tire service bays. My vehicle simply sat there while several technicians were standing around talking. The service manager was also ineffective. Very rude here for collectors. Except this young man that unloads stuff with braids tall. Very nice and helpful. But this very big lady Hispanic i believe very rude.
