I made an appointment for an oil change on my only day off this month. I wouldn't have had the opportunity on another day. I immediately asked if there was a filter for my car or if I needed to buy one myself. The service center employee assured me they had one and I shouldn't worry about it. On the appointed day and time, I arrived for an oil change, which was about to expire, and learned I couldn't change the oil because there was no oil filter!
