Manager Jhonny at Walmart was a complete disappointment. I came in to replace an EverStart battery that I had purchased here. Instead of honoring the replacement, he just tested it and told me I needed to charge it myself. Buying and charging a battery is not my responsibility — it’s the store’s and manufacturer’s. This kind of attitude shows a total lack of service and respect for customers. Very negative experience, I will never come here for a battery again.
