Customer service & automotive is horrible! Since automotive wasn’t part of the selection menu, I had to talk to the customer service. I simply asked if they still carry snow chains? It’s a yes or no answer. She didn’t know & she transferred me. So I waited & waited hearing the ringing on my side for 3-5 minutes. Since automotive didn’t pick up, it went back to customer service.
