The lady refused to give me her name in customer service when she denied me making a return. I come in and I brought these items to the counter to have them return that I bought a couple weeks ago that never got used or opened and being that I didn't have the receipt, because I paid cash she refused to return them and treated me quite disrespectfully so when I asked to speak with the manager the lady that comes over is the loss prevention or API who was just as snarky.
