On April 1st at 12:10 PM, I went to customer service at Walmart and had a very bad experience. The staff were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Instead of assisting, they showed no interest in helping and had a negative attitude. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I expect better treatment when asking for help. I do want to mention that some of the cashiers are actually very kind and helpful, and they deserve recognition. I'm a truck driver, and this time I went to do some shopping at this Walmart in my truck. A guy who supposedly works there kicked everyone out because we couldn't be there. I'll never bring loads to Walmart again with my truck.
