The people who work there are undoubtedly the dumbest people ever! They probably shouldn’t be allowed to handle medicine. Common sense doesn’t apply there!
The store on MLK Jr. was my store till I recently moved. I now shop at the Black Forest Road location and find this store is light years better! Better store layout and better customer service are a big plus. Folks, if you have a choice, choose the Black Forest store!

Every time I go to pick up my mothers medicine they never have it all they will say she has 2 more if you want to wait an hour or they will give you one and the next day they will text and say it’s ready I’ve Never seen a pharmacy this unorganized

The Walmart vision center in Kimball was really great with fitting my 5 year old daughter for glasses. Mrs Juanita was very patient and very helpful. This place has always been my favorite vision center to go to

Woman on the desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Apparently there have been multiple complaints about her, but as of yesterday she's still working there. I had an appointment at 1 to have 4 tires put on. She told me it would take an hour. At 2:20 I checked on the progress, and was told they having even started yet, and she was mad that I expected them to be finished. It got worse from there. Would not go back if I have to deal with her.
First off, I'd like to say that I haven't had an eye exam in many years. I went to Attalla Walmart Vision Center for my exam and Dr. Clokey was excellent. I want to acknowledge the young lady, Kiwauna who assisted me in every step from picking out my frames to taking me to the final process of purchasing my two sets of glasses. She was totally awesome & made this experience so comfortable for me. She went above & beyond to assist me in any way she could.
