I placed a pickup order and drove to the store when it was ready. All of the parking spots for pickup orders were full and no one inside was answering the phone. I had to cancel my order and left. One woman told me she had been waiting two hours for her pickup order. It was a disorganized madhouse. Also, I noticed several cars were in pickup spots with no one in them. People were rudely taking up these spots so people with actual pickup orders could not park. The store needs to do a better job of keeping these spots for pick... read more
This is directed straight at the electronics cashier/associate,Megan. You're one lazy associate. The product we were there to purchase was listed online as available in store. After talking with Megan she informed us " that just because it's listed online doesn't mean it's right" Megan didn't even bother to go look!! While standing there we called Talladega's Walmart & the associate there took the time to look & they had it in stock so we went & bought it from there.
I enjoy this Walmart! Really good employees, good service, always find what I need.
