The employees are amazing and deserve a raise. The store is clean, usually is pretty well stocked and it’s in a convenient location. I think Walmart as a whole has clearly moved away from being an affordable alternative. It’s also unfair that they pushed small businesses out of communities. The self checkout system is insulting. The most effective and fair way to cut down on shrinkage is to employ actual cashiers. I’m expected to shop there and then put in work without a discount or any incentive yo use self checkout.
