Went to get a refund for my money order and they denied giving my money. I had a tracking number from western union that authorizes Walmart to give me cash due to the refund. They were talking about needing to have the actual money order which was a negative. I went to another Walmart and told them I had an MTCN to pick up my refund and had no trouble. Had everything i needed, no wait, and employees were great.
It's convenient, close to my house and I'm in and out with no wait time. The only negative thing is , pack a lunch if you're in the customer service line because you're going to be standing in line for a while 🤨They're slow and then the associates laugh and talk amongst themselves instead of concentrating on the customers.
Every time I come in this store it’s an employee that is unprofessional and today that employee is Alma she needs to be retrained IMMEDIATELY
