You advertise a money center that is closed 11:05am on a Thursday?¿ Where they do that at? Asked a very nice associate about it was told,, "they be back in about 15 minutes" Called to speak to a manager, no go. I take it manager must be breaking as well.
I need you to help purchase in a gift card in the young lady that helped me was amazing and she answered all of my questions. She didn't make me feel like I was bothering her by asking me questions.
The customer service associate needs to be more friendly! Went in on Labor Day to ask a question. The camera lady was nasty. Not friendly at all.
The store is consistently clean and well-stocked, the only minor hiccup I've noticed is that they seem to be perpetually out of donuts, which is a bit disappointing for those sweet cravings. What truly stands out is the friendliness and helpfulness of the associates. Every time I've needed assistance, they've been more than willing to help and have done so with a smile.
