This review is for Patty. Extremely unprofessional and rude experience at Walmart with an employee named PATTY 4/16/25. I was told I could not use scan-and-go because my cart was full and was directed to bag my items in a corner on top of a donation box, which was inappropriate and inconvenient.Despite multiple empty checkout lanes and self checkout options available, I was not offered any reasonable alternative. There were pallets of water products surrounding the deli cut meats in refrigerated case and we were unable to purchase precut deli.meats at 715 pm on Saturday evening. Deli was also closed. Stock personnel should leave an opening for their customers especially since the deli was closed. There was a bell to ring for service but no one came to the counter. Very disappointed customers.
