Called Walmart to speak to the front end and was asked to be placed on hold which I obliged...then after waiting on hold for 8 minutes and 38 seconds it disconnected on me. Called back literally...10x after wards and it would ring and ring till it picked up then immediately disconnected on me. Too many OLDER people that cant handle talking to a live customer face to face while taking an inbound call. I would give it ZERO stars if I could.
