No customer service associate available to assist. None. Nobody. Was told to come back another time. BS. Hire more staff.
WalMart RSM pickup nightmare. I have bought 1 item from them online with a pickup. I have come there, and since it was a very hot 95 degree day, I went inside. A sign above Customer Service said "Order Pickup" among other. There was only one service person, and the line was moving very slow. When I had finally come to the counter, a lady there said "go outside". I pointed at that sign, and she just shrugged it off. 3/15/2026 Stopped in to the neighborhood Walmart today for some natural peanut butter, hair spray and a few other items. The store is always easy to navigate and quick to shop. I found the items on my short list and left through the self check out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended 3/13/2026 Picked up a few items from our local Wamart neighborhood market.
