The store is always clean and the workers are always around to help so im grateful for that. First time doing a Walmart pickup order and it was great, the service was easy and fast and I was helped very well with friendly service so I really appreciated it.
Always a great experience. Polite, helpful employees and easy to navigate.
Very dissatisfied with continued poor service from this particular location who can’t seem to get a simple pickup process to go smoothly I waited 20 minutes the other day for someone to bring my groceries out. This is unacceptable and I don’t understand how a store manager doesn’t give a damn. This is going to tank your stores reviews as I’m sure I’m not the only experiencing this issue. Walmart has been for many years my go to store. Living on the west side of town, I have been to 4 of their stores, but this one on Sunland Park Dr has been my all-time favorite and the one I frequent the most. When I went this last time, I needed help exchanging some items that my precious daughter had purchased for me with her credit card, and that I didn’t have the receipt for, so I went to the service desk.
