I had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was lacking—no one offered assistance, and I felt uncomfortable while shopping. It seemed like I was being watched more than helped, which made me feel unfairly judged, especially as a Black customer. I was simply there to make a purchase, and there was no reason for me to be treated as if I were doing something wrong. Everyone deserves to shop without being made to feel like they don’t belong. I WILL NOT be shopping at this location ever again.
