This Walmart customer facing support is trash. They act as though your time doesn’t matter. When you need assistance in departments they ignore you. When you call the phones they hardly answer. You have to call 5-10 times in hopes that someone will finally answer.
I’ve been here multiple times and there systems are always down. Don’t even waste your time here.
They are never open and able to cash checks, so I have to travel far to my bank. If they are open they are never open until 11
