I disagree with the manager, DANI and MONICA. I wanted to withdraw money from Walmart to Walmart, but it wasn't possible because they said I had to bring a bill in my name. I showed them my passport and my license, where my address appears, even though it's expired. However, if they asked for proof of address, they could see it there. I've collected money at other Walmarts in several states in the US without any problems, but this is the only place they said it wasn't possible.
It's still crazy how many basic necessity items you have to beg an employee to retrieve from behind locked glass. Deodorants, basic shaving supplies, basic pain killers.... Etc...
