They never answer the goddamn phone.
Call the money center and its been ringing for over 5 minutes without an answer, still ringing right now while I typed this. Just want to ask a simple pricing question that would take 15 seconds to answer
Really rude customer service representative made my visit unpleasant, all I wanted was to find out when the moeny center opened next because it was easter and they were closed. I had a check from my dad for easter and wanted to cash it so I asked if she could help in customer service and she very rudely said no why do you think its called the money center come back at 8. Honestly its not that hard to be nice, ots sort of your job as a customer service representative.
Takes forever to get someone to help you at the money center.
