Im so frustrated right. I went into Walmart (Wood Village Location) last night to pick up some money but before i drove there I hold up the business hours for the money center and online & it says that they're open till 11pm but once I got there around 8pm the lady working at Customer Service told me she could not help me because she was not trained to handle money yet so I politely asked if she could get someone who could. Twice this week!!! The customer service has told us '" they dont know how to do money transfers" nobody knows how. We had to go to Vancouver during RUSH HOUR! Please hire people who know how to do t heir job. Thanks it was awful
Money center opens at 10 not 6 false advertisement
The fact that google says money center is open at 6 am but they won’t actually do any money services until 8 is ridiculous.
Never answers the phone. Seems that the money centers they advertise about are never open anymore. Must be the billions of dollars they make isn’t enough to keep the money center open.
