Twice this week!!! The customer service has told us '" they dont know how to do money transfers" nobody knows how. We had to go to Vancouver during RUSH HOUR! Please hire people who know how to do t heir job. Thanks it was awful

The fact that google says money center is open at 6 am but they won’t actually do any money services until 8 is ridiculous.
Never answers the phone. Seems that the money centers they advertise about are never open anymore. Must be the billions of dollars they make isn’t enough to keep the money center open.
