Literally every time I've tried to cash a check here I get a random excuse "systems down" "computer is updating" "you need to verify your identity through this automated number and wait 24 hours before we can cash your check" (fyi the automated system has never worked any of the times I've called). Not blaming the employees but the Walmart money centers here in town are a complete dumpster-fire.
Getting any help in any department is a nightmare. The employees are lazy and slow, and generally incompetent.. The management is abysmal.. Not saying any fat-mart is good, but the one on Herndon in Fresno is better
